Our project aims to become one of the leaders among the popular websites on reviews of food additives, diet products and food principles. We strive to collect, check and share with our readers only useful and true product reviews.
We have a team of 7 people working on the preparation of content for the site. It includes nutrition experts, fitness instructors, specialists with medical education. We also periodically engage and conduct joint research with other specialists and colleagues. If necessary, we collect information from major suppliers of nutritional supplements on the technologies used.
The main goal of our work is to improve our skills and knowledge in the field of healthy eating and weight management. This is a topical issue and we have found a lot of feedback. So we decided to systematize and share the accumulated information. We aim to provide true and detailed product overviews and describe the possibilities and benefits of using them. We do not hide the existing disadvantages and always describe them in advance by specifying the information.
In preparing the studies, we work as a team or in small groups. This excludes subjective perception of characteristics. When we have questions from our subscribers and blog readers, we work together to prepare detailed answers. Each of our editors has dedicated at least five years to their professional work. We actively communicate with colleagues and share our experiences.

Tiffany’s passion for Pilates started over 15 years ago. Tiffany has a simple approach to Pilates, breathing. If we practice our breathing, it will better enhance our movement patterns. Janelle has completed her beginner and intermediate level certification training on mat as well as Pilates apparatus.
